WYLDES Limited, is a 100% subsidiary company of HOUSEMARKET S.A. It established in 2008 having its legal seat in Cyprus. The basic activity of the company is holding of investments.

The company participates directly in the share capital of VYNER Limited and SW SOFIA MALL ENTERPRISES Limited (with 50% in each company) and indirectly participates in the share capital of  SOFIA SOUTH RING MALL EAD, the company that holds and operates Sofia Ring Mall in Sofia, Bulgaria.
